Ik heb een fantastisch idee!! Moesten we nu ne keer allemaal naar de training komen, zou dat niet plezant zijn?

Hopend op een postitief antwoord, anders verhuizen we maar naar Lovendegem zeker???

GREAT idea !! Unfortunately there's more chance of this happening if more "I can't be bothered" people, did bother!!BOTHERED to come to training, BOTHERED to read the forum and BOTHERED to post replies !! I know that sometimes people have to work or do something with the kids etc but I'm also 100% certain that some people just CAN'T BE BOTHERED to make the effort for training and come up with some crap excuse for not coming.They do however expect to play in the matches they turn up for!!

I know people will say that it's easy for me to say as I have no family responsibilities etc but I know people could make a bit more effort if they WANTED to !!It's no fun having training with less than HALF the club members.When YOU don't train you are letting down fellow team mates and friends.You also won't improve.

Koen has done a great job with this website and it involves a lot of time and effort on his part.The forum is there for a reason.Here you can put your ideas,problems,availibility etc as it's very rare that we are ALL together at the same time to discuss things.Koen should not have to be Texting or phoning people to know if they can play a match etc.

How about this idea? - We assume that everybody is coming to training (and matches) unless they post a message here to say otherwise.The people who "always" turn up for training do so with the (reasonable) expectation to do exactly that! Train!! Not some makeshift crap with five players in total!! I personally don't want to lose our flexibility at St.Denijs and rehouse to Lovendegem but if the training numbers don't improve...........

Well ,I know that this might piss a few people off but I can live with that (they won't read it here anyway!!)

Hallo allemaal

Na al die berichtjes durf ik het bijna niet te zeggen, maar ik kan er donderdag niet zijn. Ik heb een nascholing voor te bereiden en ben bovendien gekwetst. Zondag raakte ik bijna niet uit bed, iets in mijn rug. Dus wil ik liever nog even afwachten. Ik zal er dit weekend zijn en proberen te spelen. Als niemand daar problemen mee heeft natuurlijk. Dus Koen je kan mij opstellen in het team. Lukt het niet dan hoop ik dat er genoeg dames zijn.
Sorry for letting the team down and not showing up for weekly trainings.

Hope your back recovers ok,sometimes they can take a while.Nice to read your post and fully appreciate what you've said.Hope you appreciate what I wrote was not a complaint against any individual but at the situation. Mira, ok voor donderdag.

Steve wil niet zeggen dat iedereen nu zijn of haar familiaal, sociaal en/of professioneel leven moet laten voor wat het is en alles focussen op ons clubje.(Op tijd) Laten weten als je er niet kan zijn en proberen om de trainingen ook aanwezig te zijn zou mijn "job" al een pak eenvoudiger maken. Als ik zeker ben wie er komt en wie niet is het al niet eenvoudig om flexibele ploegopstellingen te maken waarbij iedereen ook bij een driesetter spelgelegenheid(genoeg) krijgt. Als ik dan nog een drietal personen heb waarvan ik niet zeker weet of ze aanwezig zijn verachtvoudigen de mogelijke opstellingen!
Als er op trainingen 4 man en ne paardekop is (sorry Steve ) is het moeilijk om nieuwe systemen en oplossingen uit te dokteren. (bvb set 3 krivo)

Zaterdag en zondag nog niet zeker of sophie al 100% zal zijn (is ziekjes)

Aha! Hier ben ik ook eens!
Ik ben doodmoe van teveel uit te gaan (oud worden hé), maar was nu toch benieuwd naar de uitslag van vandaag!
Awal, nen dikke proficiat, blijkbaar hebben jullie 2 sets gewonnen, en dat moesten we toch hebben hé!
Goed gedaan moatjes. Winnen was nog mooier geweest natuurlijk, maarja, wie ben ik om dat te zeggen als ik er niet eens was.

Ik zal er donderdag zijn (tenzij mijnen babysit me laat stikken (Stefaan doe short-ski)).

Voor diegenen die er vorige donderdag niet waren, awel jullie hadden ongelijk want ik vond het een super toffe training!! Vrijdag goe stijf!! ;D

Zeg, hoe zit het eigenlijk met de besprekingen ivm zaal Lovendegem??
