Hoi,

Na wat ik gisteren zowat allemaal gehoord en gezien heb, heb ik beslist om niet meer mee te spelen in de nakompetitie(enkel als er echt echt tekort zijn)! Het is niet eerlijk tegenover Steve en zoals Kristien aanhaalde ben ik niet echt speler van Troela. Dit zal ook zo zijn voor tornooien in het vervolg! Als ik nog meespeel zal het uit pure noodzaak zijn! Dit is puur uit eigen beweging en uit respect voor onzen bompa. Als ik zeker weet dat jullie met genoeg zijn kan ik dan ook thuis blijven en zal het ons trouwens ne schoonen franc schelen aan babysit ;D

This is a shame and not the way the situation should have been handled. Although technically not one of our players I feel you are more 'Troela' ,Brecht, than others in the team. I feel you SHOULD play in the 'nakompetitie' and tournaments. How often do we have enough players for these events even WITH you?
There is nothing at stake in the 'nakompetitie'.It's all about passion and having FUN whether we win or lose.So,unlike the league, everybody can relax, interchange and play approximately the same amount of sets each. I enjoy this more than the league.
Not knowing who the f**k is going to turn up from one match to the next is also a contribution to the problem.I have the impression that people think that by paying their fees that they can pick and choose when and if they are going to come to training or matches (and technically they can) and expect to play in matches as if it's their divine right. Some can't come to Thursday's training because of work but AMAZINGLY whenever they DO turn up it's on match day! Am I,among others I imagine, wrong to feel that it's unfair that someone who trains as often as I/they do should in a match be benched because someone who we haven't seen or heard of for weeks decides to show up? It shows a complete lack of respect to the other team members in my opinion. We have a forum.We have asked everyone to post here if they are NOT going to come to training/match.It's so easy but only the people who actually do give a shyte about the team did so!
The same lax attitude/lack of respect by them is also shown here:- The day before we went to the Ardennes only a few had paid their share! It beggars belief ! What right have they to decide that Brecht and Sophie must pay and then run around trying to get their money back?
I realise that this will piss a few of you off but we all have the right to speak our minds. If it pisses you off then ask yourself why? Post a reply. I have no problems personally with anyone and count you all as my friends and we ARE a good crowd but some need to GROW UP and stop being so bloody selfish!!
